Tai chi is a Chinese exercise that improves balance and increases circulation. Learn some history and basic principles of the training method of tai chi while practicing movements from the original Chen style of tai chi. Participants will practice warm-up exercises known as chi-gong, standing repeating movements (silk-reeling), and learn how to put them together for a short routine. Start learning the basics as a beginner and progress to intermediate tai chi for even more fun! You do not need any experience. Please bring a notebook and wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.
