About this event
Each one-hour lesson addresses both a standing and ground technique in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu®. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes street self-defense over competition sparring. There is no competitive sparring in this program. You can start this program at any time without having any previous experience. Once you complete this program, you will be ready to practice sparring! The price includes a uniform. New students only.
