About this event
Gracie Combatives ® is our beginner program for adults. You will learn the 36 core techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in a cooperative, fun, and safe environment. Each one-hour lesson addresses both a standing and ground technique. There is no competitive sparring in this program, so you can start this program at any time without having any previous experience. This class is for new students only. Class fee includes a uniform.
