Students will explore Florida's pioneer past by visiting the homestead of Vince "Trapper" Nelson on the Loxahatchee River. We will learn about his lifestyle, the wildlife, and history of the area. Students will enjoy a boat tour to visit his hime. April 7th: Dritenbas, April 8th: Berman, April 9th: Rickabaugh, April 10th: Hay We will return to school after dismissal on this day--approximately 3:30. Families will be notified of the bus ETA when we depart Jonathan Dickinson State Park.
