Trail Club is back this fall! Each month, a different preserve will be featured for a crisp weekly walk to promote fitness, nature and community! Join other walkers while sticking to a routine and embracing the beauty of the season. Meet at the trailhead and come enjoy fall’s golden hour!
In September, the group will hike the 2.5-mile loop at Hadley Valley in Joliet on Thursdays, Sept. 3, 10, 17 and 24. Keep your motivation going and join us for the rest of the season. Times and locations are as follows:
- October: 8 to 9 a.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 7, 14, 21 and 28, at Sand Ridge Savanna Nature Preserve
- November: 9 to 10 a.m. Sundays, Nov. 1, 8, 15 and 22 at Hammel Woods
Participants who attend at least four walks this season will earn a trail club sticker. The trail at Hadley Valley is crushed limestone.
