We will be working with a variety of sharpening systems in this class including electric-powered, water-cooled wheel sharpeners, water stones, diamond stones, and automotive sandpaper on glass. We will have plenty of dull tools to practice with, but feel free to bring your own chisel, plane blade, or even kitchen knife to sharpen. This tutorial has no take-home portion except the knowledge that your woodworking projects will be that much more fun with sharp tools! Students under 18 may attend with parental permission.
