About this event
Have you ever wondered why your brain can come up with a brilliant idea one moment and completely misjudge a situation the next? In this course, students will step inside the fascinating inner workings of the human mind to uncover how thoughts are created, emotions take charge, memories are formed, and decisions unfold in real time. Through engaging discussions, thought experiments, and relatable real-world scenarios, students will explore how attention, stress, and perspective shape behavior and why two people can experience the same moment yet see it entirely differently. Along the way, students will build practical strategies for self-regulation, smarter decision-making, and understanding others, gaining insight into the most powerful and complex system they use every day: their own brains.
