Description
Feel stronger, stand taller, and breathe a little deeper. Yoga with Esther is a welcoming mind-body class designed to help you breathe deeply, move with confidence, and feel stronger each week. Every session is different, blending gentle stretching, balance work, and strengthening poses that support improved posture, flexibility, and overall well-being. With regular attendance, many participants notice they feel stronger, stand taller, and move through daily life with greater ease.
Esther thoughtfully incorporates a variety of yoga levels so participants can grow at their own pace. Standing “warrior” poses help strengthen the legs, back, and shoulders while opening the hips and chest—building stability, stamina, and focus. Research also shows that holding warrior poses can support bone strength, making this practice especially valuable for healthy aging.
Because the class builds from week to week, consistent participation is encouraged. If you need to miss a session, please let Esther know in advance so she can plan appropriately for the group. Some prior yoga experience is helpful, and new students are encouraged to attend a Wednesday in-person class for a supportive introduction.

Fee: The first five classes are $7/each, additional classes are free; pay instructor. Payment for the first five classes is due at the first class of the month. Membership required.
