This introductory course gently guides you through the fundamental movements of Taiji. You'll explore these movements these movements within a graceful Four-Hands form, fostering connection and balance. You'll also discover Taiji breathing through engaging. These exercises cultivate a deeper mind-body connection, enhancing your overall Taiji experience. By the end of this session, you'll gain a clear understanding of Taiji and Taiji breathing and feel empowered to continue your Taiji journey.
