Welcome to Happy, Healthy Feet, a program designed to keep you moving pain-free. We’ll dive into foot anatomy and mechanics, then learn some simple, effective stretches and strengthening exercises you can do anywhere. You’ll also gain "Footwear Wisdom" to help you choose shoes that support—rather than sabotage—your alignment. You'll walk away with actionable strategies to maintain strong, resilient feet for years to come.
