The ideal first step into your Taiji journey.
Four Hands Taiji Fundamentals is a seven-week class, that introduces the essential drills and core body mechanics that underpin all future forms. By training entirely from stationary foot positions, you can focus fully on upper-body coordination, weight distribution, balance, and structural alignment without the added complexity of stepping patterns.
By building a strong, stable foundation from the ground up, you will develop a deep physical confidence and be fully prepared to transition seamlessly into Level 1 training.
Membership is not required and the class is open to all ages.
Fee: $70 ($52.50 for those with ICSC's low-income membership, does not apply to non-members); pay instructor.
