Rehearsals for the fall session of the Family Folk Machine will begin on Sunday, August 23. We meet for rehearsal on Sundays from 2:00 to 4:00 in the Assembly Room at the Senior Center. Our program this fall, Rising Like a Flame, will include songs by Big Thief, Brandi Carlile, Allen Toussaint, Mon Rovia, and many more, and we'll be celebrating and reflecting on strength and resilience. We'll be working toward a concert at the Englert Theatre on Sunday, November 8, as well as some fun community events.
