The WISE (Wellness Initiative for Senior Education) program is a free, longevity series designed to help you feel confident, informed, and empowered about your health as you age, allowing us to increase our health-spans.

Over six interactive sessions, you’ll learn how lifestyle choices can affect well-being, how to manage medications, the impact of alcohol on our bodies as we get older, and how to communicate more effectively with healthcare providers in order to advocate for yourself.
Along the way, you’ll connect with others in a group setting to celebrate this vibrant stage of life with. WISE helps you take charge of your health one smart choice at a time.
