YOGA SOLSTICE SPECIAL EVENT. The longest night of the year invites us inward—to pause, reflect, and gently awaken to what’s ahead. This class will blend the strength of Yang with the surrender of Yin. Included will be dynamic movement, deep restorative poses and Yoga Nidra, and guided intention-setting to align with the energy of rebirth. FREE for members, $10 for non-members.
