A popular fitness combining Latin and international music with dynamic dance choreography to create a fun and effective cardiovascular workout. Participants engage in a variety of dance styles, including Salsa, Cumbia, Bachata, Merengue, and Reggaeton, while following the instructor's lead to stay active and learn new dance movie.
