Aztec dance classes provide an opportunity to learn traditional Aztec dance steps, movement, drum rhythms, and songs. Lessons start with basic movements and then progress to choreographed dance steps. This class combines youth and adult instruction and provides a space where participants can find a sense of community and cultural identity, while receiving physical, spiritual, and mental self-care tools. Classes are accompanied by live Aztec drumming.
