Come prepare for your next track meet! Learn track & field events to better your athletic skills. You will learn shirt-distance and long-distance running, long and triple jumping techniques, and speed and explosion techniques to beat the competition. Classes will be held indoors and outdoors depending on weather at the Indio Community Center.
CLASSES WILL TAKE PLACE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR DEPENDING ON TRAINING EACH DAY
