Thanks to funding from the California State Coastal Conservancy, we are able to offer some fun free day trips to our residents.
This Coastal adventure is for all community members!
Transportation and aquarium entry is provided for this activity.
Check-In: 7:30AM at the Palm Desert Civic Center Park Return Time: 5:30PMDestination: Cabrillo Beach and Aquarium, San Pedro CAActivities: Oceanfront Picnic, Explore Aquarium, Tidepools and Beach Walk
NOTE: The main exhibit at the aquarium is closed due to renovations, but we plan to explore the exploration center and aquatic nursery!

What to bring: -Lunch and Snacks -beach towel/ beach chair for laying out on the beach - extra sunscreen/ sun protection
What to wear: -Active Clothing -Hat, Sunglasses, Sunscreen -Comfortable walking shoes, shoes you do not mind getting sandy or wet -Shorts or pants that can be rolled up for beach walk by the shore
We will communicate with everyone registered prior to the trip to give you details on the events and timing of the day.
