This Cathedral Girls Wrestling Camp will be an Attack and Scoring camp focusing on Hand fighting, Counter Offense, Short Offense and Shot Recovery. This will be a high technique camp for any High school and Middle School wrestler. The camp will focus only on the technique of wrestling in the neutral position. Camp sessions will run from 9:00-11:00 AM and 12:00-2:00 PM.
