There's no better way to exercise your creativity than in the art studio, and this camp will give you a chance to create art that will last! Students will create works of art using clay and will learn techniques like hand building, how to slip and score, the firing process and how to use glazes to add that final touch of color to their pieces. Students will get to watch their ideas come to life from the beginning sketching processes, to seeing their fully glazed piece come out of the kiln and be ready to take home! Come join us in creating beautiful, functional artwork! Please note that this is a two-week camp to give participants time to fully finish their pieces. Director: BCHS Art Teacher Katherine Eckart
