The Arrows Hybrid Microschool is our core program, offering a revolutionary ""best of both worlds"" approach to education. Built specifically for families who know that a traditional classroom isn't the right fit, our microschool is a fully curated, hybrid curriculum program that meets the 180-day Indiana state requirement for schooling. We serve as the bridge between the freedom of homeschooling and the professional structure of a private academy, overseen by a Professional Educator who ensures that while the learning is individualized, the academic standards are high. At the core of the Microschool is our commitment to neurodiverse, 2E, and ""outside-of-the-box"" learners. We recognize that for many children, a standard school environment can be overwhelming; here, we embrace the philosophy that ""one size does not fit all."" Our classroom is a sensory-aware, flexible space where students are respected as unique individuals. We utilize multi-grade learning, allowing younger and older scholars to learn from one another, which fosters natural leadership, patience, and a sense of community that single-grade classrooms often miss. By choosing the Microschool, your child benefits from the absolute best of both professional instruction and social immersion through a flexible hybrid schedule. Students spend three days in person (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) at our campus, paired with two days of interactive, online self-paced sessions on Mondays and Fridays that allow for a comfortable learning rhythm at home. Each student’s path is curated to their specific strengths and challenges, moving at a pace that honors their unique wiring rather than a rigid calendar. While our academic blocks provide individualized excellence, our students seamlessly join the Co-Learning Program for lunch and recess, ensuring they build a wider social ""tribe.""
