About this event
Description
Gouache is a versatile medium, great for sketching and creating finished works. It can be used to create crisp graphic shapes and soft fluid edges. It’s portable, easy to clean up, and dries with a lovely matte surface. It behaves much like watercolor with an opacity that makes it more flexible and intuitive to handle. This class will introduce students to the medium through a series of studies and exercises. The class will also touch on foundational 2D concepts, such as color mixing and composition.
