Stanley Strader Exercise Club is a free of charge, health and fitness-based program that allows older adults to opportunity to walk, exercise, play sports and engage with others in order to stay active and better their health. Exercise Club will be held in the Stanley Strader Family Center gym daily from 11:30am-12:30pm. As the weather turns, club members will have the option to participate indoors or outdoors depending on the weather and desire of each member.
