On Monday, July 20, we’re bringing the energy with Dance Fusion — a fun, all-levels class that blends low-impact aerobics with dance styles like jazz, Latin, hip hop, modern, swing, Bollywood, and classic moves from the ’60s and ’70s.

You’ll learn new moves, get your heart rate up, and enjoy a great workout in a welcoming, upbeat space. No dance experience needed — just bring some water, your boogie shoes, and be ready to have fun!
