Instructor: Jeanie Gensheimer, Owner of Jeanie Gensheimer Martial Arts Karate is a fun and exciting form of martial arts. Students will learn karate basics, kata, forms, self-defense, and sparring while gaining respect for themselves and others. They will progress through the belt ranks, and their agility will grow as they tackle karate obstacle courses.
