Description

Local artist + musician Emelise Angel Justice brings you Sound Bath: a regenerative container for conscious rest, invitation to root in sensory experience, and ode to the alchemical effects of immersive sound. A place to land, meditate, move, daydream, unfurl. All sessions are free to the public, all embodiments are welcome. Suggested materials include but are not limited to a mat/ blanket/ pillow for your comfort, hydration supplies, journal, and any subterranean feelings asking for tenderness. Sessions begin with a brief somatic check in and melt into an hour of space to just be. Soundscapes include quartz crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes, channeled lullaby, and the like.
