Grief Space at Frederick Douglass Park In partnership with Frederick Douglass Park, Grief Space offers a brave, equity-centered gathering for individuals navigating loss. This supportive environment provides a space to share experiences, engage in mindfulness practices, and receive community support from peers. Through structured activities such as gentle stretching, meditation, mindful movement, and nutrition discussions, participants can find comfort, connection, and healing together. Join us as we create a compassionate space for reflection, resilience, and restoration.
