This program / activity is closed to further registration.

Join us for a magical night under the stars on the west side of Eagle Creek Park! The Hideaway Retreat Center will be decorated inside and out to immerse you in the world of Harry Potter, including the outdoor area, which will be decorated like the Quidditch World Cup! We will have activities throughout the afternoon to learn about magical creatures, fantastic beasts, and other Hogwarts subjects. (See tentative schedule below.) Costumes expected! There will also be an OPTION TO CAMP overnight, which we will contact you about once you register here. - CAMPING has been CANCELED due to predicted weather, but this 1pm-10pm event will still be happening!

Price: $50/adult, $25/child (ages 4+) for food and activities 1pm-10pm.

Additional overnight fee: $75/tent site, if requested - camping canceled

Food will be provided, including snacks, dinner, smores, and lots of desserts! (menu provided later) Alcohol not permitted. No pets allowed.

Tentative Schedule: Saturday August 1st

1:00 pm Check in opens

1:00-4:00 pm Hogwarts & Diagon Alley "Open House": sorting, wand making, Honeydukes & butterbeer, photobooth, scavenger hunt, wizard chess and quidditch free play

2:00 Kids archery ages 8+ (sign up during check-in)

3:00 Adult Archery (sign up during check-in)

4:00 Afternoon Tea/Divination

5:00 Care of Magical Creatures (with live animal ambassadors)

6:00-8:00 pm Crafts (Potions, Herbology, Owlery) & Campfire (hotdogs, chips, butterbeer banana boats, anti-dementor smores)

8:00 Quidditch tournament

9:00 Defense Against the Dark Arts & Astronomy
