This is a tentative program / activity. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.

TENT SITE ONLY - $75/site, one reservation required per "family"/tent site. Must be 18 years or older. Read tent site details below.

Each participant (child and adult) must also register for the activity and food fee here.

Join us for a magical night under the stars on the west side of Eagle Creek Park! The Hideaway Retreat Center will be decorated inside and out to immerse you in the world of Harry Potter, including the camping area, which will be decorated like the Quidditch World Cup! We will have activities throughout the afternoon to learn about magical creatures, fantastic beasts, and other natural history and Hogwarts subjects. (See tentative schedule here.) Costumes expected!

If you would like to spend the night, you will be provided with an area on the lawn for your tent. As these are not actually camp sites, there is no electricity and no water on your reserved space, but the Hideaway building will be open all night to use the restroom and sinks (no showers). There will also be no fire allowed on your individual site, but we will have a community campfire time in the evening. Food will be provided, including snacks, dinner, smores, and a grab-and-go breakfast (menu provided later). You must bring your own tent and all other camping supplies needed. (Tents only. No RVs, generators, or other large camping equipment.) Alcohol not permitted. No pets allowed.

Rain: in case of light rain, we will still have the event, so prepare your tent and supplies to withstand the rain. If it is storming, we may decided to cancel or reschedule.

Price: $75/tent site (fits 1 6-person tent or 2 very small tents)
