Indy Parks and Recreation has four Bark Parks where owners and their four legged friends can enjoy the company of others,off leash These are located at Eagle Creek Park , Broad Ripple Park, Smock Park, and Paul Ruster Park. Annual passes are $75 for first dog , $37.50 for second and third dog. Passes are sold on first come first served basis and are limited. Daily passes are available for $5.00. Bark Park hours are DAWN TO DUSK. To obtain a 'pooch' pass, visit the respective park office with your dog's vaccination records documenting current inoculations for Rabies, Parvo, Distemper and Bordatella. Complete the application form , sign the waiver and pick up the dog park brochure . Dogs must be at least four months old.
Dog park hours are dawn to dusk.
