The FLOW Foundation is the primary fundraising mechanism for Funding Lymphatic Obstruction & Wellness Nonprofit Organization. We create opportunities for all individuals suffering from lymphatic & congestive related symptoms to receive education and funding to assist in daily management of their condition.
Run, walk, or roll with us for our FLOW fundraiser 5K!
Your participation helps raise awareness about Lymphedema and assists with accessing compression garments.
Your registration includes:
- Event tee shirt
- Finisher medal
- Exclusive offers for participants from race sponsors (coupons, etc.)
- $25 off gift card from Uchi (deliverable at PPU by request)
The 5K is a chip-timed event. We will offer awards for the top 3 male and female finishers in both the run/walk and the roll categories.
