This monthly group is designed for young adults with disabilities, ages 15–21, who are able to independently participate in conversations, group discussions, and social activities. As this is a socialization-focused program, participants should be able to engage with peers, contribute to group interactions, and follow the flow of group activities with minimal support. This will be a monthly group, and our goal is to build a consistent community where our young adults can develop friendships, social skills, community based life skills, and build meaningful connections. In order to create that consistency, we will be limiting our group to ten participants at this time.
