The second Dragons Winter Warriors Duathlon Race is to be held at South Bay Beach on February 22nd at 7 am - a great course in true Hong Kong style, which we split into a 2km run, 20km bike & 4km run.
It is a great way to "dip your toe" into the great Multi-sport offerings of the Dragons Tri Club and get to meet some fellow athletes and "athlete wannabes" in a very social setting.
Event details and schedule
Aim to be there at 7 but do contact us if transport does not allow you to make this and you still want to compete. We can always change the start time of subsequent events.
Naturally, we follow all of the rules in terms of ensuring that you run and ride safe so make sure you have your helmet and shoes for a fast change. There is some parking at South Bay beach carpark at that time of the morning but it is always tight.
