For older adults OR individuals with physical limitations or injuries. Our seated classes are for people who want to stay active and mobile but want something gentle on the body and easy to do. You'll be amazed what you can do while seated in a chair! Work on increasing range of motion, circulation, flexibility, balance and strength with easy to follow moves. We sometimes use light weights or toning bands to improve strength.

NEW GUIDELINES: Masks are required to be worn in the building if you are not fully vaccinated. A punch card is required for this program. You can bring a guest to try the class with you, but you must use your punch card to pay for their spot.
