Toning, flexibility, better posture, increased core strength and the body/mind connection are achieved through our Mat Mash-Up work. A variety of equipment adds interest and "mashes-up" the workout so class is always different. Our classes blend the best of ballet, strength, yoga and Pilates, providing an exciting and effective class for all fitness levels. Hit the barre and see results! One punch card good for all classes. (Fee is for 15 class punch card).
Please bring a mat to each class.
NEW GUIDELINES: Masks are required to be worn in the building if you are not fully vaccinated. You can bring a guest to try the class with you, but you must use your punch card to pay for their spot.
