Join us as Premiere Martial Arts Sensei Harvey Marshall leads us in a women’s self-defense workshops made to educate & demonstrate the benefits of self-defense. This workshop will teach and excite participants about the prospect of learning to defend themselves through on-going training. The workshop will alter between sittings of educational lectures and getting up and moving with self-defense drills and techniques.
Though this is a serious topic, we will keep some of the training light-hearted and fun. The workshop is 45 minutes and should be a good blend of self-defense awareness, prevention, and physical hands-on technique.
