Emerging Leaders II for incoming 8th graders will have more responsibility in this second year program. Participants may be assigned to one of our HIVE DAY CAMP groups, or help in the classroom during our LEAP program.
HOW IT WORKS:
Once registered parents and participants will be able to select the two weeks that fit their family’s schedule.
Training & Meetings will begin late spring and will include training in CPR & First Aid as well as program and child specific training.
One of the goals of the Emerging Leaders program is to empower our participants to take control of all communication with our HREC staff.
If a participant would like to extend their days beyond the originally scheduled two weeks we do have the opportunity to do so.
