Roller-Skating Lessons - Basic Beginners - Power Play Center 10770 'I' Avenue
Basic Beginner class will include:
- How to get up properly
- Using arms for balance
- Marching before rolling
- Rolling into "Scissors"
- Balance while in "Cannon Ball"
- Balance on 1 foot - standing still and rolling "Flamingo"
- Stopping - "T-Stop"
- Starting - "T-Start"
Once all elements have been mastered in the Basic Beginners Class, a skater will be promoted to the Intermediate Class.
Intermediate Class will include:
- Marching backward
- Marching backward into rolling
- Rolling backward into "Scissors"
- One foot balance backward "Flamingo"
- Two foot jump "Kangaroo Jump"
- Two-foot spin
- Mohawk turn
- Three turn
