Over four weeks, students will explore beginner oil techniques while learning how to paint landscape basics such as blending skies, perspective, color mixing for foliage and florals, and adding shadows.  Through step-by-step guidance and individual support, participants will leave the class with a strong start in oil painting and a finished landscape to be proud of. In This Class, Students Will: -Explore blending techniques for skies, clouds, and gradients -Practice basic perspective and spatial layout in landscapes -Mix colors for realistic foliage, florals, and natural textures -Understand how light, shadow, and contrast create depth -Gain confidence working with this traditional, expressive medium This class is ideal for true beginners or anyone returning to oil painting after time away.
