This is an all-levels class focusing on the fundamentals of yoga. We will focus on foundational poses and gentle conditioning exercises to prepare you for your personal practice. Gain experience, nurturing personal growth and acquire life skills that extend far beyond the yoga mat. Yoga mats are required for this class.
