Cardio drumming is a dynamic, full-body workout that combines drumming, music, rhythm, and movement. Our hour-long sessions include a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down. Routines can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels, and exercises include squats, jumps, and core work. Participants can expect a fun and effective workout that will leave them energized and sweating.Students in 6th grade and up are welcome to register and attend with an adult participant.
Each participant must bring their own drumsticks, a large Yoga/Exercise Ball, and a 5-gallon bucket. Drumsticks can be purchased from the instructor for $2 a pair at class.
