NEW PRICE FOR THE PROGRAM IS $60 AND THAT CHARGE WILL COME OUT 2/1. Class times are 5:30pm on Tuesday, 5:30pm on Thursday, & 12:00pm on Sunday. Teen Nook RX is a 1 hour class that is designed to make athletes faster, sharper, and more explosive in every direction of movement. Each session blends calculated training with engaging drills, sport specific patterns, while instilling a competitive environment. Strength training will also be incorporated. What Athletes Will Learn: • Acceleration: How to explode out quickly and powerfully. • Top Speed Mechanics: How to move with efficiency to hit maximum velocity. • Agility & Quickness: Mastering direction changes, reaction speed, and footwork in linear, lateral, and multi-directional patterns. • Plyometrics & Power: Jumping, bounding, and explosive drills to build total athletic power. How We Train: We use a 3-step approach to make sure athletes not only move faster, but move better: 1. Isolate & Elevate (Neural): Teach the brain to activate the right muscles for speed and control. 2. Isolate & Elevate (Mechanical): Build proper form and body positioning for safe, efficient movement. 3. Integrate: Put it all together in high-speed, sport-specific drills that transfer directly into game play.
