Enjoy this restorative break in the comfort of your own home. Relax and renew with this break from our hectic lives. Class includes slow movement while connecting to the breath, as well as some deeper stretches and guided meditation. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced student, offering options for everyone. You will leave this class feeling well rested and refreshed! Led by 500 Hour RYT Charna Moore. $90/12 wks. $10/class.
