This activity is closed to further registration.Slow Flow YogaSaturdays, 11:30AM -12:30PMBeneficial for both beginners and advanced practitioners, this yoga class is designed to help relieve stress and tension, strengthen the body, and develop flexibility and stability. This 60-minute class allows for space between postures while still retaining the rhythm of a vinyasa flow class. Modifications are included for all body types and skill levels. Mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.
