Meditation & Soundscape

Wednesdays, 6:00pm-7:00pm
Come join us in a guided calming meditation and soundscape releasing the stresses of the day. This activity progresses over 8 weeks focusing on different types of meditations, or drop in to experience a one day session.
Please bring your yoga mat, pillow or cushion and allow the live music and tranquil words of reflection to gently clear the subconscious chatter. Some supplies provided. Children under 18 must have a parent/guardian present. $80/8wks; $10 Drop-in.
