Are you ready to work out but not sure where to start? Try our sampler package and select 6 classes, choosing between Dance Fitness, Yoga, and Strength Training. Have limited availability or a super crazy schedule? Is it hard to commit to a regular routine? Not sure what types of exercises you are looking for? If any of this sounds like you, then we have the perfect option! Join instructor, Charna Moore, and sample from a variety of fitness classes on YOUR schedule. This package allows you to join 6 classes that YOU select: Choosing from Yoga on Tuesday evenings, Strength Training on Thursday evenings, and Dance Fitness on Saturday mornings. Mix and Match, or focus on one style- it's all about YOUR choice!
Note: Due to system limitations, you can only complete the on-line enrollment one time for this package. If you want to sign up for a second set of 6 classes, please call the office at (301)739-8577 x 170 to register. $50/ 6 classes.
