Dates: 7/11-8/1Days: TuesdaysLocation: Varies - First 2 practices will be at BMX Track in Jorgensen ParkTime: 5:30-7pm, some nights might extend until 7:30pmDescription: Join coach Erin Smith and other experienced volunteers in this program designed for the never-ever and beginner adult mountain bikers who are looking to learn the fundamentals of mountain bike handling and maneuvers. The program will introduce skills to navigate the terrain and features on mountain bike trails. A mountain bike and bike helmet is required and participants should have the ability to ride a bike comfortably on flat, gravel terrain. Other suggested equipment: flat pedals and tennis shoes, shin/knee pads, bike gloves, hydration, and sun protection.Activity Sub-Category
