About this event

Description

This 1-day certification course is designed for youth aged 11-15. The course content for this course includes:
  • Caring for children of all ages
  • Creating safe environments and preventing accidents
  • Fire safety and prevention
  • What to do in an emergency
  • Good decision-making and leadership skills
  • Basic first aid skills
  • How to find clients and make money babysitting.
All participants will receive a babysitting manual and certificate. This program is facilitated by trained Gryphon staff.
The Athletics Recreation Membership is NOT a pre-requisite to register for Kids programming. Taxes not applicable.
