Marine Science Day is all about exploring the wonders of the Long Island Sound Estuary and marine science. Students in grades 4 - 8 will gain a deeper understanding of the Sound and surrounding ecosystems through interactive workshops led by Project Oceanology's marine science educators, UCONN professors, graduate students and local environmental experts. Our goal is to encourage scientific thinking and bridge a stronger connection to our marine environment.
