Join Elizabeth, our highly experienced Yoga Instructor in a Gentle Yoga class witj asanas, breath work, mindful meditation techniques ending with savasana. This class will offer guidance and modifications along with many yoga props and is suitable for all levels. This is a 75-minute yoga class.
